As part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII’s) recent launch of the Centre of Excellence on Employment and Livelihood, CII began its first capacity-building programme under Puthiya Payanam at a private hotel on 18th October 2024. It is a two-day programme which will be held today (18th October 2024) and tomorrow (19th October 2024). The first-day event was attended by Kranthi Kumar, District Collector, Coimbatore; Nandini, Chairperson, CII Southern Region & Managing Director, Chandra Textiles; Ilango, Past Chairman, CII Coimbatore Zone & Vice President, Rangamma Steels and Malleables; Rajesh Doraiswamy, Vice Chairman, CII Coimbatore & Joint Managing Director, Salzer Electronics Ltd and Srikumaravelu, Managing Partner, Tekmak Industries.
