In a joint initiative to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices, the Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science collaborated with Hotel Zone by The Park to commemorate Earth Day.
The event, held at the college campus on 22nd April 2025, aimed to create a positive environmental impact through tent sapling plantation activities.
The event was graced by the presence of Arun Kumar, General Manager of Zone by the Park, Coimbatore; Ponnusamy, Principal of the College; and Premkanna, Head of the Department.
Students and faculty members from the college, along with representatives from the hotel, actively participated in the event. Volunteers planted saplings, reinforcing the importance of environmental responsibility and green living.
