September 9th is celebrated as World EV Day to spread awareness about Electric Vehicles and their benefits.
The Society for Smart E-Mobility, Coimbatore (SSEM) celebrated EV Day on Wednesday by organizing a celebratory EV Roadshow and Rally in the city. Coimbatore District Collector, Pavankumar flagged off the rally. 50+ electric vehicles (2w,3w,4w and 12wheelers) participated in the show.
The vehicles will later be exhibited at VOC Grounds by SSEM.
