Suresh Kumar, Executive Director, PSG-STEP, represented PSG-STEP at the Indo-German InnoXchange Programme 2026, a bilateral initiative jointly supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through DWIH New Delhi and implemented by SINE, IIT Bombay.
The programme provided the Indian delegation with an opportunity to engage with Germany’s premier innovation ecosystem through visits and interactions with leading institutions, including Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), NXTGN Startup Factory, University of Stuttgart, ARENA2036, ZAQuant, High-Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS), Heidelberg University’s hei_INNOVATION, and Technology Park Heidelberg.
Designed to strengthen Indo-German collaboration in DeepTech entrepreneurship and innovation, the programme featured ecosystem exchange sessions, research infrastructure visits, deep-tech showcases, startup networking opportunities, and discussions on international collaborations.
Through this global engagement, PSG-STEP aims to foster Indo-German partnerships in DeepTech innovation, explore collaborative research opportunities, enable market access in Germany for Indian startups, and strengthen incubation practices through knowledge exchange.
