The Rotary Club of Kovaipudur officially began the new Rotary year by implementing its first District Priorities project recently. On the very first day, club members planted 15 high-quality tree saplings on the premises of Sunnat Jamat Masjid in Kovaipudur.
The environmental initiative aligns with this year’s district goals, focusing on sustainable community development and increasing green cover.
The choice of location highlights the spirit of community harmony and shared environmental responsibility. The club extended its heartfelt gratitude to the management of Sunnat Jamat Masjid for their cooperation and support in making the project a success, said a press release from the club.
