Dr. NGP Arts and Science College celebrated the vibrant festival of Onam with great enthusiasm and traditional fervour on the college campus recently.
The celebration showcased the rich cultural heritage and traditions associated with Onam.
Students and faculty members participated enthusiastically in various traditional activities and cultural programmes, creating a festive atmosphere on the campus.
A special highlight of the celebration was the Pookalam (floral carpet), which reflected the creativity and teamwork of the students. The campus was decorated in traditional Kerala style, adding colour and grandeur to the celebrations.
Students dressed in traditional attire participated in cultural performances and other activities, promoting the spirit of unity, togetherness and cultural appreciation. The celebrations also provided an opportunity for students to understand and experience the significance of Onam and its message of harmony and prosperity.
