PSG Institute of Technology & Applied Research (PSG iTech) launched an AI Center of Excellence via its collaboration with the Indian arm of global consulting firm Protiviti and InsightVerge Technologies, for strengthening industry–academia collaboration as well as to create greater opportunities for students to gain practical exposure to emerging technologies and industry practices.
Through this partnership the students will have opportunities to understand how concepts learnt in the classroom are applied to real business and technology challenges. The collaboration will also provide a platform for faculty and industry professionals to work together on research, innovation and applied projects, while creating opportunities for students to develop skills that can support their transition from education to professional careers.
