To honour the students, Nehru School of Architecture (NSA), Nehru Group of Institutions celebrated its second Graduation Ceremony, recently

The graduating ceremony was held for the third and fourth batches (2017-2022 and 2018-2023), coinciding with a significant milestone for NSA—its 10th year of shaping future architects.

The ceremony was presided over by H.N. Nagaraja, Executive Director, Academics and Administration of the Institutions and followed by the annual report, presented by Amrutha, Director of the school. P. Krishna Kumar, CEO and secretary of the Institutions was also present at the ceremony.

Ar. Kamalahasan Ramaswamy, Founder and Principal, Architect of Cuboid, a Chevening Scholar, and a Heritage Conservation Enthusiast, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He addressed the gathering focusing on three core aspects of the architecture profession—Versatility & Flexibility, Potential, and Impact.

Kamalahasan noted a quote by Jim Rohn, “Good things we build end up building us,” and commended the graduates for their wise choice of pursuing architecture as a career. After the speech, the Chief Guest presented the degrees to the graduating students.

The ceremony included a solemn oath-taking by the graduates, affirming their professional responsibilities.

The 2nd Graduation Ceremony not only celebrated the achievements of its students but also marked the beginning of another decade of excellence for NSA, as it proudly enters its 10th year of academic brilliance.

The school is approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and also holds membership with the Indian Institute of Architects.

The school now entering its 10th year continues its mission to mould young minds into creative professionals prepared to face the future challenges of the construction industry.
