PSG Hospitals recently inaugurated the TCD & Neuroelectrophysiology Lab under the Department of Neurology, strengthening its capabilities in advanced neurological diagnosis and patient care. The state-of-the-art facility enables accurate and timely neurological evaluations, facilitating early diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
