PSG Health Sciences Institutions celebrated International Yoga by organizing special yoga session in the PSG IMSR Campus on Sunday and Monday.
The two-day event saw more than 400 students of the various institutions under PSG Health Sciences Institutions performing yoga in different sessions. The program was held with the support of the Department of Naturopathy & Yoga of PSG Hospital.
Subhashini, Sr.Naturopathy & Yoga Consultant and Anubama, Jr. Naturopathy & Yoga Consultant from PSG Hospital highlighted the benefits of practicing yoga, and guided the participants.
