The Department of Master of Business Administration at SNS College of Technology recently organized a course facilitator session on Data-Driven Decision Making at the college campus.
The speaker, Gupta, Dean of Tourism and Management at Indore University, in his address, said, “The shift from campus life to the corporate world is a significant transformation. It comes with new responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities that require the right mindset and approach.”

He highlighted the importance of the 7 P’s in helping fresh graduates adapt to professional life with confidence, resilience, and clarity.
He mentioned that Passion fuels motivation and engagement while recognizing one’s Potential allows for continuous self-improvement. Purpose provides direction for career growth, and Perseverance ensures that individuals overcome challenges with determination. Positive Thinking fosters an optimistic and solution-driven mindset, and Parent-Centricity keeps individuals grounded in their values.
By embracing these principles, Gupta concluded, “graduates can navigate the corporate world successfully and achieve their professional aspirations.”
