Marking International Women’s Day, the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity, in collaboration with Dhesiya Paarvaiyatror Inaiyam and Jasmin Melodies, organized an event titled ‘Tea and Togetherness’ recently at Varadharajapuram, Coimbatore.
The event was a celebration of solidarity, music, and friendship, dedicated to the visually impaired. Participants enjoyed heartfelt songs, engaging discussions, and the comfort of companionship. The club also provided food, snacks, and walking sticks for those who are visually challenged. Nearly 150-200 individuals benefited from this event.
“This impactful program was made possible by the enthusiastic involvement of Rotaractors from the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity, including Rtr. Anbuchelven, Rtr. Logesh, Rtr. Thanghapantieyaan, and Rtr. Dharaneesh, as well as members of Dhesiya Paarvaiyatror Inaiyam and Jasmin Melodies,” noted the club.
