Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI) celebrated its Annual Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony “RIDDHI 2025”, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s placement achievements for the academic year 2024 – 25.
The event recognised and celebrated the success of over 2000 students, who collectively secured over 3000 placement offers from a wide range of esteemed companies across sectors.
Rajalakshmi Srinivasan, Director – Product Management, Zoho Corporation, Chennai, served as the Chief Guest. Radhika Ravi, India Head – Campus Hiring (WILP), Wipro, Chennai, was the Guest of Honour.
Ramesh Raja, Director, Nehru Corporate Placements and Industry Relations welcomed the gathering and presented a comprehensive annual report, highlighting the institution’s consistent commitment to student employability and industry collaboration.
Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions, presided the function and delivered the presidential address, commending the hard work of the students, the dedicated efforts of the faculty, and the trust placed in the institution by its recruiting partners.
The chief guest, Rajalakshmi, in her address, emphasised the importance of foundational skills, adaptability, and the role of curiosity in career growth.
The guest of honour, Radhika, shared valuable insights into evolving hiring trends and encouraged students to be lifelong learners in the dynamic corporate world.
As a token of appreciation, recruiters from various industries who have consistently partnered with NGI were honoured during the occasion for their continued support and collaboration in nurturing talent.
Nagaraja, Executive Director and Principals from various colleges under the Nehru Group of Institutions graced the occasion and felicitated the placed students.
