World People Welfare Trust and Vizhi-Awake YouTube Channel recently organized a thanksgiving function at Siruthuli’s office in Coimbatore.
The event acknowledged the support and contributions of the channel’s subscribers and the public.
Vizhi-Awake YouTube Channel, founded by Suresh Kumar, creates awareness about social issues such as road safety, environmental protection, school student development, and promoting Tamil language importance.
With over 200,000 subscribers, the channel has emerged as a significant platform for public welfare. During the event, Ashok Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Coimbatore as Chief Guest emphasized responsible driving and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
He stressed the importance of personal discipline while driving. The function also witnessed the announcement of various welfare schemes, including knowledge road, distribution of washbasins, incinerators, Sapling and cloth bag distribution and tables books to the government schools.
Distinguished guests attended the program, including Vanitha Mohan, Managing Trustee, Siruthuli, Rajesh B. Lund, President, Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, Rajasekhar Srinivasan, Past District Governor, Alagarsamy, Head, Department of Social Work, Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Coimbatore.
