To encourage students to identify real-world challenges and develop practical solutions through teamwork, experimentation and creative thinking, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology organized INNOVSENSE MINI 2026, a project expo for school students recently.
Conducted by the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development (CIIED) of the college, the expo provided a vibrant platform for young innovators from different schools to showcase their creativity, problem-solving abilities and innovative ideas through student-led projects. A total of 610 students, guided by 58 mentors and forming 170 teams, participated in the expo.
A total cash prize of Rs. 30,000 was presented at the event’s valedictory, and it was presented to the deserving participants across 3 categories: Classes 6–8, 9–10 and 11–12, in recognition of the students’ innovative ideas and outstanding project work.
