The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), EASA College of Engineering & Technology (ECET), recently organised an IEEE Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive.
The programme was jointly organised by the IEEE Student Branch, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), and the IEEE Region 10 Ad Hoc Committee on Entrepreneurship and Innovation to create awareness among students about entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup opportunities.
The keynote address was delivered by Rajkumar, Founder and CEO of E-Faws IAS Academy, CEO of E-Faws Tech Services, and Managing Trustee of E-Faws Charitable Trust.
He inspired students by sharing his entrepreneurial journey and highlighted the importance of innovation, leadership, problem-solving, and perseverance in building successful startups. He also explained various government initiatives, startup funding opportunities, and career prospects available for aspiring entrepreneurs.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, who actively interacted with the resource person during the question-and-answer session.
The programme encouraged students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and motivated them to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures.
