The Indian Women Network (IWN), Coimbatore Chapter, hosted its first members’ meeting on 27 May 2025 at the CII Office, Coimbatore. The event brought together over 65 members from diverse sectors.

The meeting served as a launchpad to initiate the chapter’s proceedings for the year and to establish the strategic direction by articulating IWN’s core purpose and the theme for 2025–26.

The session introduced members to the annual plan and upcoming initiatives, all aligned with IWN’s five foundational pillars: Leadership, Mentorship, Policy & Advocacy, Campus to Career, and Health & Wellbeing.

Over the years, these focus areas have empowered women to unlock their potential, access meaningful resources, and make confident strides in their professional journeys.

Kesica Jayapalan, Convenor, IWN Coimbatore Chapter and Director, Lands and Lands, presented the roadmap for 2025–26. Her address highlighted key focus areas and detailed the chapter’s vision to create high-impact engagements for its members.

Preetha Priyadarshini Naidu, Co-Convenor and Founder & CEO, Richmond Talent Solutions, introduced the five IWN verticals and the women leaders who will lead them throughout the year.

These five verticals include: the Leadership Vertical, spearheaded by Caroline Rajan, Manager, Ortho One Speciality Centre, and co-led by Soundarya Soundararajan, Lead Solutions Engineer, AI Drive.

The Mentorship Vertical, led by Lakshya Hariram, Proprietor, La’Orenate, along with Devi Priya Devaraja, Founder, Noolaadai.

The Health & Wellbeing Vertical, headed by Suganya Venkat, Founder, Fertila, and Haritha Arun, Founder, Paavai by Haritha.

The Campus to Career Vertical, led by Sowjaniya Kora, Founder, Dvaara Design Studio, and Kousalya Vijayakumar, Co-founder, Zen & Dynamics.

The Policy & Advocacy Vertical, led by Nisha Mathew, HR Business Partner, Sakthi Finance Ltd, with Swetha Raghul, Managing Director, Groovegami, as co-lead.

The session provided a unique opportunity for members to engage with top industry professionals, gain insights into evolving trends, and benefit from valuable peer learning.
