The younger generation must cultivate awareness of pressing social and moral issues, as such knowledge is essential for both personal development and societal progress.

Recognising this need, the United Educational and Social Welfare Trust has undertaken a transformative mission to educate students by organising Mega Awareness Exhibitions in schools and colleges across Tamil Nadu.

One such Mega Awareness Exhibition was organised at Akshaya College of Arts and Science on Wednesday.

These exhibitions serve as powerful platforms to inspire and educate students through more than 1,000 cloth banners highlighting critical issues such as women’s safety, child protection, drug abuse, drug trafficking, water conservation, climate change, road safety, health and hygiene, mental health, and environmental protection. The exhibitions are complemented by workshops and seminars that promote deeper understanding and encourage proactive participation.

For more than two decades, the United Educational and Social Welfare Trust has been organising Mega Awareness Exhibitions across Tamil Nadu, benefiting nearly 4.75 lakh students.

With a legacy spanning over three decades, the Trust has emerged as a leading social service organisation, consistently conducting programmes that instil values, foster social responsibility, and empower young people to become agents of positive change in society.
