Prem Deep Jewels (Gold and Diamonds), a well-known jewellery brand from Palakkad, inaugurated its first showroom in Tamil Nadu at Kuniyamuthur on Palakkad Main Road in Coimbatore on Monday.
Popular film actress Andrea Jeremiah inaugurated the showroom by cutting the ribbon in the presence of Anbarasan, Chairman of the Nallaram Foundation.
Speaking on the occasion, Devaraj Bhaskar, Managing Director of Prem Deep Jewels, said the company has a rich legacy of 120 years in the gold jewellery business. Headquartered in Palakkad, Kerala, the company also operates a branch in Dubai.
He said the Coimbatore outlet is the company’s first direct retail showroom in Tamil Nadu. He added that the name “Prem Deep” was derived from the name of their late mother, Prema, combined with “Deep” to symbolise affection and light.
Spread across nearly 4,300 sq. ft., the showroom has been established to offer customers in Coimbatore an exquisite range of gold and diamond jewellery that reflects the city’s culture, traditions, and lifestyle.
He said the showroom features an extensive collection of locally, nationally, and internationally inspired jewellery designs. Traditional and contemporary jewellery crafted with intricate workmanship is available at competitive prices. Customers can also place customised orders to have jewellery designed according to their individual preferences.
Announcing the inaugural offers, he said every customer purchasing jewellery will receive a complimentary 24-carat gold coin. A 50 per cent discount on diamond making charges is being offered on diamond jewellery purchases.
Customers purchasing silver jewellery will receive an assured gift, while those enrolling in the savings scheme will be presented with a complimentary silver coin.
