The Phoenix Group, one of India’s premier developers of large-scale retail and lifestyle destinations, is set to launch the city’s largest shopping mall on Avinashi Road, in Nava India.
This ambitious project will span 9.16 acres, with a total built-up area of 1.26 million square feet, making it the most expansive retail and entertainment hub in the region.
With a planned investment of ₹670 crore, the Phoenix Mall in Coimbatore aims to redefine the shopping and leisure experience for the city’s residents and visitors.
The mall is expected to house a wide range of premium national and international brands, state-of-the-art cinemas, fine dining restaurants, family entertainment zones, and parking facilities, making it a true one-stop destination for shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle.
The construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025, with a targeted completion date in August 2028.
This development is in line with Phoenix Group’s mission to build iconic lifestyle destinations in high-potential urban markets across India, following their successful projects like Phoenix Marketcity in Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
