The Department of Social Work at Dr. NGP Arts and Science College, in association with Career TiQ, Hyderabad, recently hosted a National Conclave on “NGOs in the Digital Age: AI, CSR & SSE” on the college campus.

The event highlighted how non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the Social Stock Exchange (SSE) to enhance their social impact.

Dharani, District Social Welfare Officer, Coimbatore, was the chief guest. She inaugurated the sessions and addressed the gathering.

Industry experts and leaders from the corporate, development, and social work sectors shared insights and strategies for digital transformation. Discussions focused on leveraging AI for social good, building sustainable partnerships, and navigating the SSE to secure transparent and sustainable funding.

The day-long conclave attracted a large gathering of students, academicians, and social sector professionals.

Participants engaged in dynamic panel discussions aimed at modernising grassroots social work through cutting-edge technology and stronger collaboration with the corporate sector.
