PSGR Krishnammal College for Women (KCW), represented by Harathi, Principal, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Air Force (IAF), represented by Air Commodore Nishant Gupta, Air Commodore (Education).
The ceremony was attended by Alka Chaudhary Nain, Director, University Outreach Programme; Arji Satish, Junior Warrant Officer; an 11-member team from the Air Force Administrative College (AFAC); and the KCW leadership team.

The MoU marks a significant milestone in fostering academic collaboration, knowledge exchange and engagement between academia and the armed forces.
It is expected to pave the way for collaborative initiatives, mutual learning and capacity building, thereby contributing to the holistic development and empowerment of young minds.
As part of the agreement, KCW will extend tuition fee concessions to eligible female wards of IAF personnel. Wards of IAF personnel who died in harness will receive a 100% concession on tuition fees and other charges, while wards of serving or retired IAF personnel will be granted a 30% concession on tuition fees for any course offered by the college.
