Maruthi Gana Sabha, Coimbatore, honoured Kovai Anantha Subramanian, a senior theatre artist, with the Nataka Kalai Nidhi award for his 58 years of service in the field of drama.
The award was presented by Krishnan, Chairman of Sri Krishna Sweets; Kathadi Ramamurthy, giant of the theatre world; and Hemanathan, Deputy Director, Department of Art & Culture, Chennai.
He received the award during the Kodai Nataka Vizha event, organised by Maruthi Gana Sabha, Coimbatore, on 22nd June 2025.
