To benefit the residents of Thadagam and its surrounding areas, KMCH Medical College officially opened its Rural Health Centre building in Thadagam on 10th September 2025.
The new rural medical facility was inaugurated by Senthil Balaji, former Minister and Member of the Legislative Assembly, Karur, in the presence of Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman and Managing Director, KMCH; Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami, Vice Chairman; Dr. Arun N. Palaniswami, Executive Director; and Mathura V. Palaniswami, Director, Academy for Professional Development, Dr. NGP Educational Institutions.

Karthik, ex. MLA & Coimbatore District Secretary, DMK and Ranganayaki, Mayor, Coimbatore, also graced the occasion.
The inauguration was well attended by local dignitaries and members of the public.
During his inaugural address, Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami urged the public to make full use of the KMCH Medical College Rural Health Centre, emphasising that it was established for the welfare of the rural poor.

- Malaria parasite screening

Free Medication
- Patients will receive a free three-day supply of medicines prescribed by doctors.
