As part of its commitment to creating a more inclusive community, the Inner Wheel Club of Coimbatore, District 320, inaugurated seven wheelchairs at Coimbatore Railway Junction on Saturday under the initiative “Wheels of Hope.”
The initiative was undertaken under the leadership of President Binal Shah and Secretary Priya Prasad.
The wheelchairs have been donated for the benefit of railway passengers, particularly senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and individuals with temporary mobility challenges, making railway travel more accessible and dignified.
The initiative was inaugurated by Panna Lal, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Salem Division.
