Coimbatore’s most trusted and awaited property exhibition – CREDAI Fair Pro is back for another exciting edition, bringing together 35+ leading property developers from Coimbatore to present 100+ residential projects before customers here.

The fair is all set to take place from 7th to 9th August at Hall D of CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex. It was officially announced during a press meet held in the city on Tuesday.

Apartments, Villas, Plots, Gated Communities, Luxury Houses, Senior Living projects and much more will be showcased at the three-day fair.

Karthik Kumar, Chairman of Fairpro 2026 told reporters that offerings worth Rs.10 lakh to Rs.10 crore will be displayed at the fair. The total value of the projects will be between Rs.1500-Rs.2000 crore. These projects are ongoing projects within the Coimbatore Corporation Limits. The properties start as low as Rs.10 lakh and go all the way upto Rs.10 crore.

Aravind Kumar, President of CREDAI, Coimbatore shared that last edition saw 10,000 people walk-in to explore the projects featured at the fair, and the organizers hope that it would exceed 10,000 in this 16th edition of CREDAI’s Fair Pro.

“We organize Fair Pro not just for selling properties but to be a bridge that brings together the buyers, trusted property developers and financial institutions,” Aravind said.

The property fair comes with exclusive offers for buyers who register properties during 7th to 9th of August. Representatives from SBI Bank shared that 50% concession can be availed on processing fee and separate concession will be provided on rate of interest as well.

Regarding the real estate market situation, Aravind said that 75% of the projects are bought by the end-users while 25% of it are bought by investors.

When asked whether rising construction material cost and other allied charges has impacted the buyers, he said that developers with CREDAI follow RERA’s rules strictly, and do not hike the fee once the project is signed for any market-related reasons including raw material price hike.
