In line with its commitment to nurture lifelong learners, Suguna PIP School organised a three-day grand Book Fair at its campus from 8th to 10th October 2026.

Speaking at the Valedictory function of the book fair, Suguna Lakshminarayanasamy, President of the school, stated that “At Suguna PIP School, we constantly create opportunities for students beyond classrooms.

This Book Fair is one such initiative to help our children become readers today and leaders tomorrow.”

Emphasising the importance of reading in the age of Artificial Intelligence, Chairman Lakshminarayanasamy said, “Although Artificial Intelligence is dominating the world in every field, including education, the reading habit of children will help them think creatively and intelligently. This will enable them to become better and more productive learners.”

The fair curated by Sapna Book House, Coimbatore featured a diverse collection of five thousand books for students, parents and teachers. The collection included picture books, story books, fiction, non-fiction and parenting guides.

The initiative aimed at building focus, imagination, vocabulary and lifelong learning habits.

Chandni Anishkumar, Director – ECCE, spoke about the need to cultivate a reading habit while encouraging children to go beyond screens.

Poovannan, Principal of the school; Rajeshkumar, Dean of Academics; Ashwin, Head of Holistic Programs; and several parents participated along with the children.
