The Rotary Decagon, a collaborative group comprising 10 Rotary Clubs under Rotary International District 3206, recently organised a Valhaikaapu ceremony.
The 10 clubs are the Rotary Clubs of Coimbatore Aakruthi, Aalam, Rise, Manchester, Metropolis, East, Sangamam, Heritage, Kovai and Vadavalli.
At the event, 54 underprivileged expectant mothers were felicitated, and a Valhaikaapu lunch was served to 154 people.
This joint initiative stands as yet another example of the power of unity, compassion, and service, as the Rotary Decagon continues to work together to create a lasting impact in the community, the organisers shared.
