The 16th edition of FAIRPRO- Coimbatore’s biggest property expo organized by Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) was inaugurated on Friday.
The three-day event taking place at Hall D of CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex brings together 35+ leading property developers from Coimbatore to present 100+ residential projects before customers here. Apartments, Villas, Plots, Gated Communities, Luxury Houses, Senior Living projects and much more are being showcased at the three-day fair which will go on till 9th August.

Projects worth Rs.10 lakh to Rs.10 crore will be displayed at the fair. The total value of the projects is between Rs.1500-Rs.2000 crore. These projects are ongoing within the Coimbatore Corporation Limits. The properties start as low as Rs.10 lakh and go all the way upto Rs.10 crore.

Haritha Poornima, GM – Network 3, LHO, State Bank of India inaugurated the expo in the presence of Karthik Kumar, Chairman of Fairpro 2026, Arvind Kumar, President; Rajiv Ramaswamy, Vice President of CREDAI and other guests, developers, sponsors, customers and visitors.

Arvind Kumar, President, CREDAI Coimbatore encouraged the visitors to take their time to explore the stalls, projects, ask questions, compare choices, and, most importantly, choose a home that fits not just their budget, but their dreams and future.

Karthik Kumar opined that the quality of life in Coimbatore is unmatched, making it a preferred location for senior living as well.
Gugan, Immediate Past President, CREDAI Coimbatore shared that Coimbatore averages 40 to 50 project launches per year registered under TN RERA. However, in just the last 6 months, Coimbatore has registered 50 projects, matching its usual annual total in half the time. He extended invitation to all the attendees to CREDAI Tamil Nadu’s state convention, STATECON, taking place on September 8th and 9th at the Chennai Trade Centre.

Haritha Poornima, the Chief Guest shared that an expo like this creates a win-win situation for bankers, builders, and customers alike. She said State Bank of India is a leader in home loans, with a pan-India book size of Rs.9.85 trillion. Tamil Nadu is close to reaching Rs. 1 trillion in home loans alone, made possible through its strong coordination with CREDAI and other stakeholders.

For this FairPro edition, SBI is offering special concessions on processing fees and interest rates. Proposals submitted before August 31st qualify for these special concessions, provided disbursement occurs before September 30th.
