The foundation day of PSG College of Arts & Science is being conducted every year in the month of August to commemorate the establishment of the esteemed institution.
The institution was founded in 1947 by the visionary philanthropists of the PSG & Sons’ Charities. The institution has been a torchbearer of academic excellence, holistic education, and community service more than seven decades. The Foundation Day marks the college enduring commitment to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and shaping future leaders for the nation.
This year the commemoration of Foundation day is planned to be conducted on 11 August 2026 in PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. Six distinguished Alumni are selected from distinct fields excelling their contributions to Academics, Service to society, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Research and Sports.
The celebrations will include special addresses by eminent personalities and granting of alumni awards to the selected distinguished alumni. Faculty, alumni, student, and distinguished guests will gather to commemorate the college glorious journey and reaffirm its vision for the future. The college has invited the alumni and well-wishers to join the celebration of this momentous occasion.
