Bharat Kala Sangamam (BKS), a unique cultural organisation based in Coimbatore, formed by the amalgamation of 17 different regional associations to celebrate and promote India’s cultural heritage, is set to conduct the BKS Premier League, a two-day cricket tournament, on April 25 and 26, 2026, at the Diamond City Ground in Coimbatore.

The inaugural chief guest, D. Lakshminarayanaswamy, President, Coimbatore District Cricket Association (CDCA) and Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust, will inaugurate the league.

M. Krishnan, Chairman and Managing Director, Sri Krishna Sweets and Founder, Bharat Kala Sangamam, will be the valedictory chief guest and distribute awards and prizes to the winners.

D. Nandakumar, Chairman and Trustee, BKS; K. K. Chugh, Convenor and Trustee; and Shankar S. Mysore, Joint Convenor and Trustee, are the organisers.

The 14 participating teams are Aggarwal Tigers, Coimbatore Singhs and Kaurs, Sourashtra Spartans Cricket Club, Punjab Dhurandhars, GSB Konkani Smashers, Jaiswal Warriors, Jagannatha Striker, Bengal Tigers, Rajasthani Superstars, Sindhi Strikers, Maheshwari Superstars and KA Challengers.
