Dr. NGP Academy of Professional Development of Dr. NGP Institute of Technology (NGP iTech), recently organised a two-day faculty development program titled “Redefining Academic Excellence, Synergizing Technology, Pedagogy and Institutional Culture”.
The event aimed to enrich faculty members with cutting-edge insights and collaborative strategies essential for today’s evolving educational landscape.
The FDP brought together distinguished speakers and academic experts included Srividhya, Director, PSG Institute of Management; Sukumar Rangappan, AI-Integrated Business Coach, Srushti Management Services; Mayurappriyan, Professor, Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Kumaraguru College of Technology; and Muthuswamy, Executive Director, Dr. N.G.P Academy of Professional Development.
Srinivasan, Senior Psychiatrist, Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital, delivered five insightful sessions.
Those sessions enhanced participants’ understanding of collaborative leadership, equipped them with AI-driven productivity tools, refined their skills in outcome-based assessment design, and deepened their awareness of institutional dynamics through case-based analysis.
It also enriched their approach to teaching with psychological insights for improved student engagement and learning.
