The Department of Mathematics at PSG College of Technology is organizing the 7th International Conference on Applied Mathematical Models (ICAMM 2026) as a 3-day event from July 8 to 10 in the college premises.

The conference provides a prestigious platform for academicians, researchers, and industry professionals to share innovative ideas and explore recent advances in computational and applied mathematics.

ICAMM 2026 is being held in a hybrid mode, with invited talks from global experts, focusing on the following key areas such as Control Theory and Fractional Calculus, Cryptography and Network Security, Graph theory and Combinatorics, Optimization Techniques and Stochastic Models, Computational Mathematics and Artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Padma Shri awardee, Prof.Sujatha Ramadorai from the University of British Columbia took part as the Chief Guest of the inaugural ceremony and delivered the special address in the presence of Thyla, Principal, (FAC), PSG College of Technology; Prof.Porkodi, HoD and Convener of ICAMM 2026 and the participants.

Experts from India’s premier institutions including IIT Hyderabad, IIT Patna, BITS-Pilani Hyderabad, IISc Bengaluru and from other countries including Canada, Malaysia, Australia, Norway, South Africa are taking part in the event to share insights on various important topics.
