“As you gather here to receive your degrees, you stand at the threshold of transformation. In an ever-evolving global landscape, the ability to adapt, innovate, and lead with integrity becomes paramount. Remember, knowledge alone is not enough; it is the application of knowledge with wisdom and empathy that truly defines success,” he said.
“Change is inevitable, but growth is intentional. Embrace change with confidence and courage. Let curiosity guide your journey and let your passion fuel your pursuits. Do not hesitate to take calculated risks, for it is often beyond the realm of comfort that true innovation and discovery reside,” he added.

Have an engineering mindset – Harini Sampath Kumar
Harini, in her special address to the graduates, suggested them to never give up on their dreams and always strive to march ahead.
By highlighting the genesis of various path-breaking ideas by young and seasoned industrialists, she suggested the graduates to be persons who create value and deliver great outcomes.
“I’m sure you would have heard the Ola story. There were two people who were stranded without an auto-rickshaw in a midnight on a road. That was their problem statement, and that’s how Ola formed.
Whenever you see a lot of complex problems, have an engineering mindset. That is very important. Take a problem statement, divide it into simple parts, find a solution,” she said.
“Start small but have a big thought, big vision. Identify one customer problem statement, and there is where your journey really will start,” she advised.
