Arikaran, a I M.Sc. IT student of Rathinam Global Deemed to be University has brought pride to the university by securing a Silver Medal in the Taijiquan event at the prestigious All India Inter-University Wushu Championship 2025–26 hosted by the University of Kashmir recently.
The championship witnessed participation from more than 1,500 athletes representing over 195 universities across the country, along with 300 coaches and 100+ technical officials, making it one of the largest inter-university sporting events in India.
Arikaran’s remarkable achievement in the Taijiquan category reflects his dedication, discipline, and excellence in sports. His success has added another milestone to the sporting achievements of Rathinam Global Deemed to be University.
