Rathinam College of Arts & Science recently announced that Sanjay Senthilkumar, a student from its Visual Communication department, has won the Student Category at the Unreal Cinematics Challenge.
The event was conducted as part of the WAVES – World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit organized by TVAGA (Telangana VFX, Animation and Gaming Association) in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and the Government of Telangana.
It held under the visionary theme of promoting creative excellence in virtual production and cinematic storytelling using Unreal Engine, the competition attracted talented participants from across India.
“Sanjay’s outstanding cinematic creation stood out in terms of visual quality, storytelling innovation, and technical expertise, winning accolades from a panel of esteemed judges and industry experts,” said the college.
“Sanjay Senthilkumar’s achievement is a testament to Rathinam College’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering creative innovation, and providing cutting-edge training in media and digital arts. As a Visual Communication student, Sanjay has consistently demonstrated exemplary skill and dedication, and this national-level recognition places him among the rising stars in India’s emerging digital content ecosystem,” the college added.
