Rathinam College of Arts & Science conducted its 21st Graduation Day for the academic year 2022-23 graduated batch on 16th March 2025 at Rathinam Grand Hall.
The ceremony was presided over by Shima Sendhil, Director of Rathinam Group of Institutions, who emphasized the importance of perseverance, innovation, and lifelong learning in his presidential address.
The event was graced by the presence of the chief guests Pragadeesan, Associate Director at EY GDS, Coimbatore and Hari Rao, Director of Talent Acquisition at Annalect India, a division of the Omnicom Media Group Company, Coimbatore.
Pragadeesan inspired the graduates with insights into leadership, career growth, and industry dynamics. He emphasized the significance of embracing digital transformation and developing multidisciplinary skills to excel in the evolving corporate landscape.
Hari Rao delivered a motivational speech emphasizing adaptability, skill enhancement, and seizing emerging opportunities in the corporate world. He highlighted the growing role of data-driven decision-making and encouraged students to leverage analytical skills to thrive in their careers.
