PSG Public Schools conducted the 24th Kiddies Meet, a sports event for the children, at the school ground on 8th August 2025.
Jeyadeepa, Principal of PSG College of Nursing, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Velumani, Headmistress of the school, and Sathish Kumar, Vice Principal, were also present.
Velumani addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of sports in the holistic development of children.
The event began with a march past by the four houses: Godhavari, Krishna, Cauvery, and Vaigai. Following the march past, the ceremonial lighting of the torch took place. The oath-taking ceremony was led by the Sports Captain, during which all participants pledged to uphold the values of fair play and integrity throughout the competition.
The event also featured a special “Lucky Corner” for parents, and prizes were distributed to the winners of the parent events.
The sports meet concluded with the prize distribution ceremony.
