The valedictory address reflected the college’s legacy in entrepreneurship, dating back nearly a century. Since establishing the Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship (CII&E) in 2009 and the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) in 2012, the institution has conducted over 60 training programs, securing ₹70 lakhs in funding from DST-NSTEDB, SIDBI, and EDII-TN.

To be noted, the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), formed in 2018, has consistently earned top STAR ratings for promoting entrepreneurship.

The college’s Business Incubation Centre, spanning 10,000 sq. ft., has been pivotal in supporting startups. The recent establishment of the Centre of Excellence for Export Promotion, in collaboration with the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Coimbatore, aims to boost e-commerce and MSME exports.

Over the past year, the E-Cell excelled by participating in NEC IIT Bombay, mentoring student entrepreneurs, and securing government grants. The institution also facilitates Udhayam registration, FSSAI licensing, and GST filing for student startups.

With 1,200 attendees, the event reinforced the college’s role in fostering innovation. As India advances toward Vikshit Bharat 2047, the institution remains a hub for nurturing future entrepreneurs. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Vasanth Akash, expressing gratitude to dignitaries, faculty, and students for their contributions.
