On the occasion of National Doctors’ Day, Grade XI students of National Model Senior Secondary School visited PSG Hospitals to express their gratitude to medical professionals.

The students visited various departments, including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Cardiology and Radiology. They interacted with doctors and medical staff, thanked them for their selfless service, and presented handmade cards as a token of appreciation.
The highlight of the visit was an inspiring address by Dr. Subbarao, Principal of PSG Hospitals, who spoke to the students about the noble profession of medicine, the value of compassion in healthcare, and the importance of dedication and lifelong learning. His words left a deep impact on the students.
The students also received first-hand exposure to various medical equipment and modern diagnostic and treatment systems. They observed how technology and expertise work together to diagnose diseases and save lives.
The visit proved to be an eye-opening and valuable learning experience, helping students understand the hard work, commitment and sacrifices made by doctors and healthcare workers every day, according to a press release from National Model Senior Secondary School.
