Post-Graduate and Research Department of Economics of PSG College of Arts and Science and CDER (centre for Development and Environmental Research), a recently established research centre in Coimbatore, are Jointly organising a National Conference on “Current Status of Indian Economy- Achievements and Challenges” on 28th February 2025 at the College.
Professors and researchers from various renowned institutes and universities are invited to present their research articles on different aspects of the Indian economy. Research articles and papers are also invited from faculty members and scholars for presentation at the conference. It is expected that the discussions and deliberations during the conference will be highly beneficial for students and research scholars in understanding the development of the Indian economy since independence, said Prof. Govindarajan, Founder and Director of CDER, Coimbatore.
Prof. Govindarajan, Prof. Ravikumar, Head of the Department of Economics of the College; Prof. Vaidyanathan, Organising Secretary and Faculty members of the department are making efforts to conduct the conference in a more fruitful way to benefit all concerned.
