Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology and Hindusthan Institute of Technology inaugurated their first-year undergraduate B.E./B.Tech programmes on August 11, 2025.
The function was presided over by a distinguished panel, including Sarasuwathi Khannaiyann, Managing Trustee; Priya Sathish Prabhu, Executive Trustee and Secretary; Jaya, Principal of Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology; and Natarajan, Principal of Hindusthan Institute of Technology, along with the Deans, Heads of both institutions, and faculty members.
The program began formally with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a prayer song. An audio-visual presentation about the colleges was then screened to provide students with a better understanding of the institutions.
The Principals, Jaya and Natarajan, welcomed and felicitated the parents and students. They spoke about the importance of the institutions, their academic standards, placement opportunities, and the best practices followed on campus.
