Hindusthan College of Arts and Science, the Department of Business Administration with CA and Logistics organised the grand “Royal Expo 2024” on 07.08.2024.
The event was graced by the presence of the special guest Dr. R. Raja Shanmuga Krishna, Consultant & Oncologist, Ganga Medical Centre & Hospitals.
Dr. R. Raja Shanmuga Krishna, Executive Secretary of Hindustan College of Arts & Science Dr. Priya, Principal of the College Dr. A. Ponnusamy, and Head of Department Dr. R. Sabitha together lighted the lamp.
The event featured over 100 stalls set up by the students of the department, showcasing their exceptional marketing and entrepreneurship skills. These stalls covered a wide range of products and services, from organic foods and healthy snacks to imported perfumes, leather goods, and cosmetics.
The students’ creativity was further displayed through unique offerings such as creative ice creams, pet shops, and fun games. Additionally, a health awareness camp and blood donation drive were organized in collaboration with Ganga Hospital, emphasizing the event’s commitment to community welfare.
The Chief Guest, Dr. R. Raja Shanmuga Krishna, highly commended the students for their entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in the displays. He took the time to interact with each stall’s students, providing valuable insights and encouraging words.
Dr. Priya, the Executive Secretary, also praised the department’s efforts, highlighting the significance of such events in nurturing future business leaders and fostering an environment of innovation and practical learning.
Dr. A. Ponnusamy, the Principal, expressed his pride in the students’ accomplishments and the department’s dedication to providing a comprehensive educational experience. Dr. R. Sabitha, the Head of Department, emphasized the importance of experiential learning and thanked the faculty and students for their hard work and enthusiasm in making the Royal Expo 2024 a grand success.
