HiLARICAS, an annual intercollegiate cultural festival organised by Hindusthan College of Arts and Science, will be held on February 14, 2026, at the college campus, with the theme “Colors of Culture,” highlighting cultural richness through art and performance.
The programme will feature a wide range of cultural activities, including dance, music, drama, and fun competitions, with participation from students of various colleges.
A special highlight of the festival will be the presence of an esteemed chief guest, whose identity will be revealed on the day of the event.
