Hindusthan College of Arts & Science (HICAS) organised a weekend visit to the Isha Yoga Centre on Sunday. A total of 180 women hostel students, accompanied by six staff members, participated in the visit.

The students spent the day exploring the Isha Yoga Centre and its surroundings. The visit was organised to provide them with a break from their regular academic routine and an opportunity to experience an environment focused on mindfulness and self-reflection.

A self-transformation session conducted by Isha volunteers at the Dhyanalinga was one of the highlights of the visit. The students participated in a meditation session and were introduced to simple practices aimed at improving focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

According to the organisers, many students described the visit as a refreshing and meaningful experience, saying it helped them feel relaxed, positive, and spiritually enriched.
