With the aim to strengthen its industry–academia collaboration and bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business practices, the Department of Business Administration of Hindusthan College of Arts & Science (HICAS), signed a Mo) with Coimbatore Capital Limited recently.

Through this strategic partnership, students will gain access to guest lectures, industry-led workshops, sector-specific training programmes, internship opportunities, and project guidance to enhance their practical knowledge, professional skills, and employability. Faculty members will benefit from collaborative research opportunities and industry mentorship, ensuring greater curriculum relevance and alignment with evolving industry requirements.

The partnership will also facilitate live projects, case studies, and corporate visits, providing students with valuable exposure to current market trends and business practices. Joint certification programmes and skill development modules will be introduced to address competency gaps and prepare students for professional challenges.
