The Logistics and Operations Club at KV Institute of Management and Information Studies (KVIM) organised an Extension Activity titled “Logistics Careers: Segment-Wise Opportunities and Top Employers.”
Ganesan Periyasamy, Manager, HR at ABT Logistics, was the keynote speaker.
He provided an in-depth overview of the various career paths within the logistics and supply chain industry. He addressed critical areas such as transportation and freight management, warehousing and inventory control, cold chain logistics, third-party and fourth-party logistics (3PL/4PL), and e-commerce and retail supply chains. He also shed light on key employers in the sector and current recruitment trends.
