A one-day national conference on Artificial Intelligence in Education was successfully conducted at Dr. NGP College of Education recently.
The conference brought together academicians, researchers, and educators to explore the role and impact of Artificial Intelligence in transforming the educational landscape.
Ramasamy, Principal of the College delivered the welcome address. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman of Kovai Medical Center and Hospital, who emphasized the importance of embracing Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance teaching and learning methodologies.
Dr. Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Managing Trustee, in a felicitation address, applauded the efforts of the organizers for addressing such a contemporary and critical topic.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Evelyn Brindha, Professor and Head, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. In her address, she highlighted the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in personalized learning and skill development.
The valedictory session featured further discussions and reflections on the conference outcomes.
Dr. Kalimuthu, Dean of Research & Development, Dr. NGP College of Arts and Science delivered the Chief Guest address. He emphasized the importance of research and innovation in the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the education system.
