21st Annual Senior Sports Day of National Model Senior Secondary School was held as a two-day sports extravaganza at Nehru Stadium, Coimbatore on Friday and Saturday.
Students belonging to 4 houses of the school – Flyers, Skiers, Sprinters and Mariners, competed to bag titles for themselves and win big for their houses.
A large number of Track, Field, Throwing and Jumping events were held for students belonging to grades 3-6 on Friday and to grades 7-12 on Saturday.
Sai Prathiksha, an alumna of the school (2018 batch) and Tax Senior at Deloitte-Bengaluru took part as the chief guest of the prize distribution ceremony on Friday.
Prof.Anbalagan from Physical Education Department of Bharathiar Univ., Coimbatore graced the event as Chief Guest on Saturday and presented the prizes and certificates to the winners and best performers.
House SKIERS were declared the winners of the overall championship.
