PSG College of Pharmacy, in its Silver Jubilee Year, recently held its 20th Graduation Ceremony at the PSG Health Campus Auditorium. The ceremony honoured the B.Pharm (2021) and M.Pharm (2023) graduates.

Murty, Director, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Guwahati, and Director (Additional Charge), NIPER Kolkata, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and conferred the degrees on the graduates in the presence of Ramanathan, Principal of the college; Dr. Subbarao, Principal, PSG IMSR; and other dignitaries.

In his address, Murty emphasised the importance of physical, emotional, financial and ethical well-being and urged the students to focus on regulatory affairs, personalised medicine, and Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT). He described PSG as the “Perfect Stage for Golden Careers.”

Rank holders were honoured with Gold Medals in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements. Hema, a B.Pharm (2021) graduate, received the ‘PS Govindaswamy Naidu Award’ for Best Outgoing Student. A total of 102 B.Pharm graduates and 46 M.Pharm graduates received their degrees.
